Boost Handbook
A practical handbook on getting things done. This is not a book about getting motivated. Instead, this book is about eliminating our excuses, finding a niche, practicing, and building habits. Each of these is a cornerstone of productivity and once you have these in place, being productive becomes routine.

This is not an ordinary self-development book. It uses stories to explain one idea at a time and doesn’t repeat the idea in slightly different ways to fill up pages. It uses real successful people as examples of how the idea has been implemented rather than pseudoscience. The book is separated into quick and easy to read, one-page sections breaking down one big idea at a time. These are combined with informational graphics, further explaining the ideas in a clear visual way.

This project was for my senior thesis at Ohio State University.
